The baggage car is DOTX 223, followed by DOTX 219, the Federal Railroad Administrations Office of Safety.

The baggage car is DOTX 223, followed by DOTX 219, the Federal Railroad Administrations Office of Safety. Please correct me if I am wrong, but from what I have gathered about DOTX 223, it was originally built as a troop car for the Army, wearing US Army 89630. It was then rebuilt and went to Amtrak as AMTK 1360. It wore DRCX 1360 before being painted as it is today.
