At 7:30am on Thursday, June 23, 2016, eastbound coal train 538 breaks the early morning silence in Lilly, Pennsylvania with NS #1070 (SD70ACe; Wabash Heritage Unit) and NS #8413 (C40-8W) working hard up wet rail on the west slope. The classic Pennsylvania Railroad position light signals show clear signals for future westbounds on main two and three.
